Note:

1. Registration fees are discounted for PSNZ / NZIPP members. Should you wish to join PSNZ to enjoy the discount please do so here prior to completing this form. The annual subscription to PSNZ is $95.
2. Some activities (eg: field trips) may incur extra costs. These are not included in the registration fee.
3. Full payment is required to secure places.

Cancellation Policy:

• If an attendee cancels up to 15 days prior to the convention, PSNZ will refund the registration (less admin fee of $20).
• No refund will be given if an attendee cancels within 14 days of the convention.
• However PSNZ may give a partial refund (excludes catering costs) if there are exceptional circumstances involved in a person not being able to attend.
