Pete Wise has been a professional photographer with extensive knowledge of lighting techniques.

He began his career as an RNZAF photographer and later established a studio in Palmerston North specializing in weddings, portraits, commercial and publicity  photography. Peter has been in Nelson for many years where he has a picture framing business and is active in the Nelson Camera Club with a major role in the running of the annual Nelson National Triptych Salon. He has also served on the PSNZ Council.
